It is a modest small town jewel that El Dorado, Kansas should be really proud of and should support. How lucky they are to have it. It is run by an extremely nice older couple. We arrived about 30 minutes after close and peeked in to be greeted by the Mrs and we're warmly invited in. They welcomed us to select anything from the menu and prepared in a very reasonable time. Our 13 year old daughter's piece of chocolate cake was also very tasty. For the value, for the location and for the price - Bella Casa should get 7 out of 5 stars.May 21, 2017
